A haven built to acknowledge that we’re all wired differently. Our default strategies to solve problems, resolve conflicts, communicate, negotiate, empathize, read people, lead people, are all unique to each individual.

The problem? We’re not taught how to actually do these things best. The good news: you can train your brain.

Tacktics is an emotional intelligence (EQ) training company located in Galena, IL. We train people in their EQ, their ‘soft skills’, that are critical for success in their field.

Our training follows a Learn + Execute model, allowing us to average a 95% retention rate for what participants learn with us. How do we do it? Our objective based training allows us to target specific skills and train for those intentionally. We start by briefing you in the classroom. But EQ is all concept learning, meaning you’ll be using a part of your brain that will struggle to convert the information into knowledge for future use.

So, we take it to the next stage and have you execute the discussed skills and tactics in an experiential learning environment.
